To make a booking binding, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the booked amount after the booking has been confirmed if this is made more than 30 days before arrival. The remaining payment (70% of the booked amount) is then due 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days before arrival, the entire booked amount must be paid for a final booking.
Deposit: € 1.500
The local tax of € 3.00 per night and guest (from 14 years) will be charged separately and collected on site or deducted from the deposit after the holiday.
The fee for the final cleaning is € 300 and will be charged in addition to the chalet price.

Once booked and paid for, a refund of the amount (less 10% processing fee) will only be made if the chalet can be re-booked.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate your chalet by 9 am on the day of departure.
We ask for your understanding that out of consideration for guests with allergies, we cannot welcome pets in our new chalets.
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the chalets.

Active Holiday Paradise! The Chalet Tre Cime is the ideal base for your active holiday in the Dolomites. It is only a few minutes walk from the chalet to the 3 Cime Dolomites skiing and hiking area, the cross-country ski trails and the toboggan run. The striking mountains of the Sesto Dolomites are an Eldorado for mountaineers as well as for ski tourers and snowshoe fans.
